Safety Policies
In addition, our safety manual outlines important safety policies that our employees must understand and comply with, like the personal protective equipment (PPE) policy, environmental policies, equipment maintenance policies, accident reporting, emergency response procedures, training requirements, alcohol and drug policies, and harassment policies.
A Consistent Approach to Safety
Each morning, we meet with our crews to outline potential safety concerns on the jobsite. Also, our safety officer regularly evaluates and enforces safety standards at all of our jobsites.
Responding to Change
Emry recognizes that workplace safety needs are continuously changing as we add new equipment, adopt new techniques, and respond to updated standards in the workplace. To address these changes, we regularly review safety policies and update our safety training, procedures and policies.
